This is a short tutorial on building multiple clusters and automatically switching between them. This is useful for building song structures or moving between songs in a live performance. It may be a bit confusing for people who don't have an Octopus to follow some of the button-pressing ;)

a little tech loop, not really a song, I just made it while sitting on the sofa. Using only machinedrum and kaoss pad, with Alesis A6 bass. This was after a thread about G.A.S. on KSS, and since there's no 303 type sound... anti-acid

Well I am sick with a cold and wanted to turn the studio equipment off... So you get to suffer through my attempt at cheesy supersaw trance! Sequenced on the Octopus, SE BassLine x0xb0x, machinedrum, revolution, JP-8080, oh and some virus.

A little acid romp with the new 909. Also first time using the Korg D32XD to mix and record, which replaced the AW4416. Twice the 303 goodness provided by FR Revolution, various sounds from the Virus TI and 909 on drums, all sequenced from the Octopus.

Another acid twister, using the monomachine for a small vocal sample "acid". Drums are all machinedrum, bass is virus TI, V-Synth pads, revolution playing the part of 303!

This is just a demo of how to build a basic arpeggiator on the Octopus sequencer. The audio is nothing exciting, but I tried to keep things simple so it is easy to follow.

just some acid foolery, focusing on using the machinedrum delay. recorded directly out of the machindrum into the videocam. the 777 is patched into the machinedrum input. plastikman inspired
