Like other campaign spots set to debut later, "Samples tC" and "Samples xB" use images of actual Scions ranging from "mild" stock versions to "wild" customizations treated with IF's artistic visual effects and hybrid, sound-driven musical scores from Face the Music, in ways that underscore the unique personality of each model and its respective owners.The campaign's forthcoming printed assets include numerous gatefold and spread executions, as well as two spectacular ads featuring combinations of images of stock and customized Scions. The innovative spectaculars are geared to engage readers with their interactive elements and emphasize the brand's identity. The first spectacular, entitled "Pull-Tab," is a full-page front-and-back ad presenting a "wildly" modified xB, tC and xD, with copy reading "Band of others." They considered the rocket to be too close to reality. It was after all, designed by none other than Hermann Oberth, one of the fathers of rocketry and astronautics, who was also Wernher Von Braun's teacher, boss and collaborator. A lot of contemporary science went into the making of Woman In The Moon. It shows the very first ever countdown to launch of a rocket. An idea invented as a dramatic device for the movie, but later adopted in real life. Also depicted for the first time are the use of liquid rocket fuel, a rocket with two stages, and zero gravity in space. Of course, there were also bad calls, like the submerged launch and the moon atmosphere.Woman in the moon was the first "serious" science fiction film. The translation by Jeffrey Angles is from _A Map Marked in a Foreign Tongue: Poems of Ito Hiromi_ (Action Books, forthcoming in 2009). In the 1980s, Ito became fascinated with the poetic traditions of Native Americans which she read in the modern, colloquial translations of Kanaseki Hisao. She was struck by the combination of ancient myth and contemporary language, and soon afterward, she tried her own hand at using contemporary spoken language to write in a semi-mythological mode. This poem is one result of that interest. Shamanism and magic remained an important part of everyday life in the remote regions of Japan until relatively recently. Itos grandmother was a shamaness who claimed to speak to the dead, and Itos mother claimed to have magical powers and taught her children her spells. This poem explores the mystical connection between Ito and the various generations of women in her family. "Coyote" also derive inspiration from the German performance artist Joseph Beuys. In 1974, he came to New York and immediately installed himself in a gallery, where he remained in a small room with a coyote for three days. Beuys later explained his piece, "I wanted to isolate myself, insulate myself, see nothing of America other than the coyote." Through forging a spiritual connection with this animal, which Native Americans had believed to be divine, Beuys hoped to come to start the process of making amends for the destruction waged upon the culture and environment of the Native Americans. The exchange between the coyote and the daughter quoted in the poem contains a bastardized quote from the Heart Sutra (Hanya shingyo), a short Buddhist sutra which some sects believe to express the essential concepts of the religion. The sutra concludes with a mantra, which if read in Japanese, states "Gyatei Gyatei Haragyatei Harasogyatei Boji Sowaka" (Gone, gone, to the other shore, gone, reach, accomplish enlightenment). In the poem, the coyote and the daughter do not repeat the excerpt from the Heart Sutra accurately. If anything, it becomes a symbol of a sort of mysterious, mystical exchange between them. This isnt always possible, but its absolutely necessary if you have a chance of saving your relationship. A break up can be stopped at virtually any stage. The earlier you stop a break up, the more likely it is that it won't happen again or at least not for a while. So to save your relationship, you must convince the person to give it another chance. If you have been begging the other person to give you another try or pleading for them to get back together with you, stop now. This might seem counterproductive, as if now that the person has less resistance it will make it easier for them to break up with you. But your pleading probably wasnt doing anything but convincing them that break up is a good idea. Who wants to be around someone who is behaving that way?If you can start acting more mature and behave in a more pleasant manner, it might surprise the other person and give you a good chance of saving your relationship. Explain in a calm way that you really dont want to break up and you want another chance. The person already knows this so you screaming or carrying on wont help your chances. Just make it clear that youre hurt and very sad, and you really want another chance. You might be surprised how the other person reacts when you change your behavior. You can also show a mature side of yourself that the other person might not have seen over the last several weeks and suggest couples counseling to save your relationship. Counseling has worked for million of couples and your relationship could benefit from it, too. If you can get the other person to agree to couples counseling, that gives you time before the other person attempts to finalize a break up where you can no longer save your relationship. During counseling youll have the opportunity to show the person why they fell in love with you. You can remind them why youre together in the first place. And if you can show honest effort in wanting to deal with the problems that come up during the counseling?and many probably will?that might be enough to convince the other person that your relationship is worth saving. When you succeed in avoiding a break up. you must remember that the person was about to end it with you and it would be easy enough for them to change his or her mind and still break up with you at a later dat. Having already thought about a break up and maybe even having gone far enough as to actually break up at one time makes the decision much easier to break up at a later date. So, be aware of the state of your relationship and perhaps continue counseling if you are wanting to save your relationship for the long term. It is easier to stop a break up temporarily than to have a good relationship that lasts well into the future or for a lifetime.
